Most adults find fitness one of the hardest things to include in their daily routines. The problem is often too much work, too much television, or too many errands to run. One of the best tools I ever found was the free calorie counter.
Like you, I dismissed this free online tool the first few times I saw it. Then, out of curiosity, I clicked a link and went to take a look. This is a great tool. First, I need to assure you that it is really free. There are not 100 advertisements blocking your view each time you want to switch from daily journal, to calorie counter, to fitness activity log, or one of the other tools.
It is supper easy to sign up, and easy to operate the site. You can enter your current weight and target weight, and it will help you calculate whether you are on track, or need to make an adjustment.
Most adults randomly pick a calorie intake for their diet, and hope to see results. The calorie intake may be too high, reducing the effectiveness of the diet. Or, it may be too low, causing the body to start craving food. This tool is a great way to keep track of your daily intake.
