Watch Your Blood Pressure

A warning can save a life. This applies in any area, but most importantly in health care for people over 40. I don't really have a problem with health care, but there are times when I push the limits. It is time now that I start watching my blood pressure. There are dozens of types of blood pressure monitors, most of them are under $50.

That is a small price to pay for peace of mind. It is hard to imagine myself needing a blood pressure monitor. I don't feel older. I don't feel like my body is starting to tire.

However, denial can cause so many health problems that I may end up seriously damaging my quality of life for the next 30 - 40 years. That is a gamble I am not willing to take.
