Blood Pressure

One of the hardest parts of aging is living in a body that is wearing out. I wake up with lower back pain. I become dizzy when playing with the children - my children, I don't even have grandchildren yet. And, my blood pressure is acting up.

I started later, which could play havock with my blood pressure, but I am not the only one. I am very concious of my heart. I've already had one heart operation, and I don't want another. It took me almost 3 years to get 'back on my feet.'

That is why I am watching my blood pressure. I know how fast your heart can turn on you. High blood pressure can be a solid indicator that something is wrong, and a blood pressure monitor can alert you months before a heart attack.
