This is a free online journal that helps me see the 'reality' of my exercise routine. Yes, I say reality because what I think I've done in the last month is rarely (close) to what I have really done.
I am not big on exercise in the winter. But I find that I am less likely to grab a snack when I must write down what I eat. I tried this type of program in a word doc, but it didn't have the same impact.
Some days I exercise, just because there is too much space in my exercise diary. Some times the diary is an excuse to get up from the computer and exercise. It is very hard some days to walk away from my job and exercise.
Many people who work from home are most likely to stop working to do chores, visit, talk on the phone. I am the opposite. I am almost afraid to leave the computer if I have a valid reason.
