February 14 Valentines Day Gifts

It is wonderful that there is one day of the year dedicated to reminding ourselves how much we love our partners. The road may be filled with 'ups and downs' but there is always more 'good' than 'bad' when sharing the journey with a kindred spirit.

My husband and I share valentines day gifts, not as a pledge, or a requirement of the day, but as a reminder of the fun we've had together.

I love flowers, today it is easier to buy top quality flowers online. Flowers became important in the Victorian times, when couples used flowers to send messages to someone they loved. I am glad that this tradition has not been destroyed over time.
