I am starting to eat healthier. My new 'favorite' food is roasted garlic. I just pop a clove in the oven, skin and all, and let it roast. When soft I eat it with my meat. It does have a strong odor, but a nuty flavor. I don't notice any lingering odor. If garlic does help prevent illness, then I should be safe for this winter.
